Develop your yoga practice, your way
Yoga is a way of living in connection with yourself, in your body, your breath, and your life.
It lives in the quiet moments.
In how you breathe.
In how you meet yourself, especially when life feels full.
Living Yoga is my offering of simple, grounded ways for taking your practice into your own life and hands, in a way that feels natural, steady, and realistic for modern lifestyles.
Download a guided Savasana relaxation to help you fully let go and drop into rest, held through the tone, pace, and intention of my voice. This is recording is guided from a place of presence, using subtle techniques through voice and heart centred awareness to support your body in softening and your mind in settling. It’s 17 minutes long and can be downloaded for use on all your devices.
Many people find it hard to truly switch off, even when they lie down to rest. This recording gives you something to be held by. A space you can trust, where your nervous system can begin to unwind, tension can release, and you can experience a deeper level of relaxation.
You can return to it after practice, before sleep, or anytime you need to pause and reconnect. Over time, it becomes more than a recording. It becomes a familiar place your body knows how to drop into, making rest and repair more accessible whenever you need it.

Ways to explore deeper online
A weekly space to explore and practise being with your emotions
Emotions are part of being human, yet many of us have never learned how to understand or work with them.
When they are pushed aside or ignored, they tend to build or show up in ways that feel out of proportion. When you learn how to meet them directly, something begins to shift. You feel more steady, more responsive, and more able to stay with yourself in the middle of real life.
This circle is a space to explore that together. Each session offers simple, grounded ways to understand your emotions and practise feeling them safely in the body. There is space to slow down, reflect, and build a different relationship with what you feel, one that supports you beyond the session.
You do not need any experience, just a willingness to show up and meet yourself as you are. If you have questions contact me on hello@yogaholly.com

Join us monthly in a space to explore yoga as a way of living.
Yoga is more than what happens on the mat.
It is a way of understanding yourself, your mind, and the way you move through your life.
In a world that often feels fast, noisy, and demanding, yogic philosophy offers something different. Not more to do or achieve, but a way to see more clearly, to respond rather than react, and to live with greater awareness and intention.
This monthly circle is a space to explore that together. Each session centres around a theme, text, or concept from the yogic tradition, brought into real life in a way that feels relevant and grounded. There is space for teaching, reflection, and open conversation, the kind that stays with you long after you leave.
Come with curiosity to explore and a willingness to look a little deeper. Contact hello@yogaholly.com for info.

Meet the Instructor: Holly
I’m a qualified Coach and Yogi. My work brings together emotional resilience, body awareness, and yogic philosophy as a way of living and relating to yourself.
I hold a Masters in Career Development and I am a qualified coach, trained in Live Your Great Story Coaching, ACT for coaching, and Emotional Resilience through the MERLIN programme (Mastering Emotional Resilience in Leadership, Individuals, and Networks).
I have also trained in Yogic Philosophy and Meditation for self realisation, which deeply shapes how I hold this work. My approach is grounded, practical, and human, creating space where you can meet yourself honestly and build a steadier relationship with your inner world.
Personalised Coaching and Guidance
This is a one to one space to practise yoga in a way that is shaped around you. There is time here to explore movement and yogic lifestyle with guidance and refinement, building confidence in your practice, while also learning how to listen to your body and respond to what it needs on that day.
It is also a space to step out of the pace of daily life and be with yourself more fully. We can work with what is present for you, physically, mentally, and emotionally, using movement, breath, and stillness as ways to support you. Some sessions may feel more active, others slower and more inward, depending on where you are and what would be most supportive.
Over time, this becomes about developing your own personal sadhana, a practice that is yours. Sadhana is a steady, ongoing relationship with yourself through yoga, one that supports how you live, not just how you move. It becomes something you can return to, both on and off the mat, as a way of meeting whatever is present in your life.
Each session is designed bespoke to you, and lasts 90 minutes plus planning time. It will be held in your home, or mine in Llanferres, CH7 5SN. Private yoga can be arranged for you and a friend or partner at an additional cost of £15 per person. Please contact me in advance to agree the date and time on hello@yogaholly.com
A six session journey to uncover what matters and shape a life that feels true
There are times when your work or direction no longer feels like it fits in the way it once did. You may sense there is something more for you, but it is not always clear what that is, or how to move towards it.
This six session coaching journey is a space to explore your work and life direction through a deeper lens. We will look at your personal story, the experiences that have shaped you, and the meaning you have made from them, not just what you think you should do, but what genuinely matters to you.
Each session combines guided reflection, structured coaching, and open conversation, helping you to uncover patterns, reconnect with what feels meaningful, and begin to shape a direction that reflects who you are now.
This is not about following a set path. It is about understanding yourself more fully and using your potential to make a positive impact. Between sessions there will be exercises as I undertake research and create bespoke content to support you.
Sessions can be booked to work with your schedule, such as weekly, bi-weekly, and intensive 2 day retreat formats. In person at CH7 5SN, or online via zoom video conferencing. Payment plans available on request.
You do not need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to explore your story and what is calling you next. Book a free, 30 minute, clarity call by emailing hello@yogaholly.com
A seven session journey to bring your inner world back into alignment
There are times when you know what you want, but something does not quite line up. Your thoughts, emotions, energy, and actions pulling in different directions, making it hard to move forward in a way that feels true.
This seven week process is built around a goal or intention that matters to you. Each week, we align and connect one of the five key areas; your body, thoughts, emotions, energy, and being, using guided meditation, coaching techniques, and reflection to help you recognise patterns and shift what is getting in the way.
As your five bodies begin to awaken, connect, and align, you gain power to create your reality more effectively. You gain a clearer sense of direction, feel more able to follow through, and experience a greater sense of steadiness in yourself and your life.
If you’re curious to learn more you can reach me on hello@yogaholly.com to book a free 30 minute taster session.
Your 90 minute sessions can be provided online via Zoom conferencing, or in person at CH7 5SN. Times available to suit your schedule. Plan for 1 hour of practice time between your sessions. Payment plans available on request. Small private groups available for a reduced fee per person, depending on numbers.
A guided journey into feeling, understanding, and working with your emotions
Emotions carry information, yet many of us were never taught how to understand or work with them. They can feel overwhelming, unclear, or something to push aside, rather than a source of insight into what matters and what is shifting in your life.
This week long experience offers a structured and supported coaching process to explore your emotional world. Beginning with an emotional fitness assessment, you will be guided through daily morning and evening check-ins to notice what you are feeling, learn how to feel it safely in your body, and interpret the signals your emotions are giving you. Alongside this, you will have access to guided meditations on 21 core emotions to deepen your awareness and practice to use during and after the weeks practices.
As the week unfolds, you begin to build a different relationship with your emotions, one that feels more steady, more informed, and more connected to your sense of direction and purpose. You start to trust what you feel, and know how to respond to life more effectively.
If you’d like to explore this, you can request a 30 minute discover call at hello@yogaholly.com
Sessions last 30 minutes and need to be taken morning before 11am, and evening after 6pm (or around your working day if not 9-5). You will receive an emotional fitness assessment to complete, and a 50 minute review before and after your week of coaching.
Rated 4.8 stars by past customers
“This helped me see how different parts of me were pulling in different directions, my thoughts, my emotions, my energy. As I started to work with each of them, things began to feel more aligned and a lot less confused about my life and how to be happier.”
— Former Customer“This was very different from any coaching I’ve experienced before. It wasn’t just about setting goals or taking action, it helped me understand what was underneath my decisions and patterns. I feel more confident now in the choices I’m making.”
— Fran P. Wirral“I came in feeling stuck and unsure what direction to take, especially around my work. What stood out was how we explored my story, not just what I thought I should do, but we got beneath the surface to what matters. I left with a clear mission and knowing how to move forward in the present.”
