Refund Policy
By booking and paying for a Yoga Holly yoga programme, class, workshop, retreat, or open day, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following refund policy.
At Yoga Holly, all sessions and services are offered with care, professionalism, and clear intention. This policy exists to respect both your commitment and mine.
Class bookings and courses
All class bookings, workshops, courses, and blocks of sessions are non refundable.
Once you have booked a space, that space is reserved for you and cannot be resold at short notice. This includes in person and online offerings.
If attending your first class at the Yoga Light Studio in Ruthin with me, then you can request cancellation within 24 hours of your first class, using the contact form on the home page. Should the class not be the right fit for you, then a refund will be provided minus £15 for the first session plus an administration fee.
Cancellations by you (the customer)
If you are unable to attend a booked class, the following applies:
• Missed classes are not refundable
• Missed classes cannot be transferred to another date
• Missed classes cannot be credited unless explicitly stated at the time of booking
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted beyond 10 minutes from the start time, and will still count as attended.
For 12 week paid for yoga classes at Yoga Light, my online Energise course is always available and provided free of charge for home practice via Udemy. Please request the access details via the contact form if you did not sign up at the start of your programme.
Cancellations by Yoga Holly (the provider)
If a class or session is cancelled by Yoga Holly, you will be offered one of the following:
• A rescheduled class or session date
If this is not possible:
• Credit to use against a future session
• A full refund
The choice will be at the discretion of Yoga Holly, and the aim always to find a mutually agreed solution that is fair and practical to both customer and provider.
One to one sessions
Payment for one to one sessions is required in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a one to one session, at least 48 hours notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
Exceptional circumstances
I understand that life happens. In exceptional circumstances, refunds or credits may be considered at my discretion. This is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case by case basis.
Your responsibility
By booking with Yoga Holly, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood this refund policy
• You are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate in yoga
• You take responsibility for your own wellbeing during sessions
• You recognise that some classes and services may have costs to cover even in exceptional circumstances
• You agree to seek mutually workable solutions in the event of cancellations by either party
