Terms & Conditions

By booking and paying for a Yoga Holly yoga programme, class, or workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Participation and Personal Responsibility

Yoga and movement practices involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury.

By choosing to participate, you confirm that:

  • you are physically and mentally fit to take part

  • you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during sessions

  • you agree to practise within your own limits and stop if something does not feel right

You understand that you are responsible for deciding how far to go in any practice.

2. Health Conditions and Medical Advice

You agree to inform Yoga Holly of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other relevant health concerns before participating.

Yoga instruction is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns about your health, you should consult a qualified medical professional before taking part.

3. No Guarantees

Results from yoga and wellbeing practices vary from person to person.

Yoga Holly does not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements, or results. Your experience will depend on your individual circumstances, commitment, and consistency of applying what you learn.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • Yoga Holly is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in classes or programmes

  • you agree that you practise at your own risk, whether sessions are in person or online

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where this cannot be excluded under UK law.

5. Online Sessions

For online classes, you are responsible for:

  • ensuring you have adequate space to practise safely

  • checking your environment for hazards

  • having a stable internet connection

Yoga Holly is not responsible for technical issues beyond reasonable control.

6. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

  • All bookings must be paid for in advance

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred unless agreed in advance

Yoga Holly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary. In this case, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

7. Respectful Participation

Yoga Holly is a respectful and inclusive space.

You agree to:

  • treat others with consideration and respect

  • follow any safety guidance given during sessions

  • refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behaviour

Yoga Holly reserves the right to refuse participation without refund if behaviour compromises the safety or experience of others.
