A restorative yoga class for tight bodies

If your body feels tight, tired, or full of tension, this hatha yoga class is for you.

Join Holly on Thursdays at 6:15pm for practice:

Designed for beginners to intermediates, in a mixed sex group, and beautiful studio.

Through restorative movement, supported stretches, and deep relaxation techniques, you’ll notice more ease and freedom in your body with a deeper sense of calm and focus in life.

Condition & relax to feel better in your body

This class is ideal for people who work hard or train hard. Especially if you walk, run, cycle, play sports, lift, or have a stressful life. It can help you to:

  • Release tension that has built up in your back, shoulders, hamstrings, and hips

  • Restore your body with improved flexibility, strength, energy, and reduced injury

  • Relax deeply to sleep well, focus the mind, and calm the nervous system for rest and repair

For a moment you can actually look forward to, as you help your body feel better over time.

Perfect if you want to experience the release of one Yoga Holly class, with the freedom to drop in, try it out, or see how your body responds before choosing a longer pass. Must be used for the next available class.

6 Class Pass
£75.00

Ideal if you want the benefit of a steadier rhythm without committing to the full season. Gives your body the support of regular practice, with enough flexibility to fit around real life at just £12.50 per class. Use within 8 weeks of purchase.

12 Class Pass
£40.00 every month for 3 months

For those ready to make this a regular part of their week. A full season of restorative practice gives your body the consistency it needs to soften, open, and feel the deeper benefits over time. Equivalent to £10 per class. Use within 14 weeks of purchase.
