This is for you if you:

  • Feel stiff, tense or wound up after work, sport, or training

  • Want to stretch properly, and strengthen the body to prevent injury

  • Want to improve performance in flexibility, strength, and control of body and mind

The Reset Class helps you switch gears through movement, breath and calmness.

Hello, and welcome to my RESET class. I first got into yoga as a teenager when I was training as a British gymnast, so I came to it through the physical side first. Over 25 years later, I still love how yoga works the body, but I have also learned how much breathwork, meditation and visualisation can support performance, recovery and everyday life. So my teaching tends to be practical, down to earth and focused on helping you feel more alive in your body.

Small group for real progress

You'll receive personal guidance to progress more effectively in class.

Beginner to intermediate level

Flexibility and experience not needed. You will need to move from floor to standing.

Everything is provided

Dedicated studio where you just turn up with the mats and blocks ready for you.

Experienced teacher, real depth

Qualified in Hatha Yoga, yogic philosophy and self realisation, meditation, & coaching.

1 Class Pass

Perfect if you want to experience the release of one Yoga Holly class, with the freedom to drop in, try it out, or see how your body responds before choosing a longer pass. Must be used for the next available class.

6 Class Pass
£75.00

Ideal if you want the benefit of a steadier rhythm without committing to the full season. Gives your body the support of regular practice, with enough flexibility to fit around real life at just £12.50 per class. Use within 8 weeks of purchase.

12 Class Pass
£40.00 every month for 3 months

For those ready to make this a regular part of their week. A full season of restorative practice gives your body the consistency it needs to soften, open, and feel the deeper benefits over time. Equivalent to £10 per class. Use within 14 weeks of purchase.
