Yoga was introduced to me while training as a competitive gymnast. 25 years later, it is still the thing that connects everything: body, breath, focus, recovery, energy. I teach it because I live it.

Yoga showed me deeper levels of power, consistency, and respect for the whole body, mind, breath, energy, and being. Today I’m an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher, a career & business coach for mission driven people, author, and TEDx speaker.

I love the process of achieving adventurous goals, and sharing tools for knowing what you want and how to make it a realty!

Qualifications: 150 hour L1 Yoga Philosophy & Meditation, 200hour Hatha Yoga Teacher (at a school registered with Yoga Alliance). ACT for mindfulness. All teachings received in person.

Each 12 week term of Hatha Yoga gives you structured, consistent movement for conditioning your body to stay mobile, strong, and responsive. It helps you:

  • Release tight legs, hips, backs, and shoulders

  • Maintain and improve range of movement

  • Reduce risk of injury that slows your training

  • Suitable for beginners and beyond - open level class with adaptions and equipment.

Why 12 weeks? Research consistently shows that’s it takes 12 weeks to achieve measurable difference in flexibility, balance, and joint kinematics from Yoga.

Class Instruction:

WHERE: Held at The Yoga Light Studio, Ruthin.

WHEN: Thursdays starting at 6:15pm promptly

Duration - 55 minutes, until 7:15pm

Limited to 10 student places.

Led by Holly McLoughlin, an experienced teacher with RYT 200 Hatha Yoga & 150 Meditation qualifications - in the event of illness a substitute teacher may step in or a replacement date offered.
