Yoga was introduced to me while training as a British Gymnast, and it’s remained in my life for over 25 years due to the benefits.

I’ve won nationals in surfing and trampolining, run half marathons, completed long distance open-water swims, and walked the length of Spain (520 miles).

Yoga showed me deeper levels of power, consistency, and respect for the body. Today I’m a qualified yogi, and also a high-performance coach, author, and TEDx speaker.

I love the process of achieving adventurous goals, and sharing tools for knowing what you want and how to make it a realty!

Sports Yoga uses a simple process:

This 12 week yoga programme gives you structured, consistent movement for conditioning your body to stay mobile, strong, and responsive. It helps you:

  • Release tight legs, hips, backs, and shoulders

Thursdays at 6:30pm for 1 hour.

Limited to 12 student places.
