Holly leads beautiful meditative yoga. She’s a fantastic and quite advanced teacher, who is smiling all the time, gently floating around the hall and creating marvellous atmosphere and energy. Her attention and corrections are great too! I liked practising with Holly and she is so professional and so inspiring for me.
The Relax Class was totally peaceful, it felt like our room was out of time… I just relaxed and wished it would never end.

For all sessions booked online, you get three months to use them, and you don’t have to attend back to back sessions every week, so it’s nice and flexible to fit around everyday life!
About the founder…
Holly has been enjoying yoga and meditation for more than 15 years and is passionate about the benefits of yoga in everyday life. She believes that yoga can be more attractive and accessible to all. Her approach shares true traditional yoga teachings as a modern life science, helping people apply these in their everyday life – in a way that’s practical and easy to understand.
Holly has experienced most forms of yoga, from Ashtanga, to Hot yoga, Kundalini and Hatha. She’s a qualified Hatha Teacher who studied in Thailand at an internally recognised Yoga Training Centre, and is a Yoga Alliance Certified and Registered Teacher.
